Yes, once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Shipping Details

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed after 03:00 pm (GMT) will begin processing the next business day. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

What are your shipping options and costs?

This Depends on your Order Value. Shipping is Free on Orders of £50 and up; otherwise, the Shipping Charge is £5.99

Where do you ship to, and what is your Transit time?

We ship only inUnited Kingdom and Transit time is 2-4 business days.

How can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us at hello@sewsewcrochet.com  within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes to the shipping address.

Return & Refund

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return please email us at hello@sewsewcrochet.com stating the reason for your return, We will then send you instructions and a shipping label via email for this process.

Is there a fee for returns?

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us, and we will solve the problem.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds will be processed within 10 days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Exchange & Cancellation

What is your Exchange policy?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

After making the purchase, the customer has 12 hours to submit a cancellation request before the item goes to the production stage. We will be happy to process the full refund.

After these 12 hours, your order will be put into production and can no longer be changed. We can always correct/change your shipping address before it is shipped.
